Gene Warneke

Gene Warneke has a B. A. in Anthropology and an M. A. in Social Sciences. He is a former commercial and travel photographer, photojournalist, English, geography and photography instructor, magazine and book editor and contributor, and has had several other careers. He has lived abroad almost a third of his adult life in Australia, Costa Rica, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. Gene now lives with his lovely wife, Maria, near Palm Springs, California.
